GENERAL DETAILS
- MomoCon takes place Thursday May 21st, 2026 through Sunday May 24th, 2026 in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia World Congress Center.
- All volunteers must register at https://www.momocon.com/volunteers AND fill out the department intake form(s).
- Volunteer signups will run through May 4th.
- Pre-registration for players will be available via Tabletop.Events, and on-site registration will also be available.
- Learn-to-Play / Intro style games should be approximately 60 minutes in length and will run in a 2-hour timeslot. Pregens are HIGHLY encouraged.
- Please join our RPG department Discord server to get communications, chat, and keep connected from year to year.

- If you want to submit your own game, please visit our Tabletop.Events page to do so. Event submissions close on March 28th.
NITTY GRITTY DETAILS
- 16 hours are required to qualify for a free badge (this can be one four-hour game per day or a mix-and-match of games and HQ hours).
- Volunteers also get a t-shirt, access to the volunteer lounge, and an invitation to the volunteer afterparty on Sunday night.
- A limited number of hotel room shares are available for volunteers who contribute 22 hours or more. Please contact me directly if you are interested in this.
- Event submissions will remain open through March 28th, but available slots for independent gaming are on a first-come, first-served basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- HQ volunteers do not need any experience but must be good with people. No previous knowledge of role-playing games is required, though it is helpful.
- Game Masters must be familiar with the game system they are signing up to run and prepared to teach new players.
- D&D Adventurers League, D&D Learn to Play, Legends of Greyhawk, and Everyday Heroes DMs/GMs will have the adventures provided to them.
- If you are not submitting your own games, you will be scheduled based on the availability that you provide in the intake form.
