
GENERAL DETAILS
- MomoCon takes place May 26-29th, 2022 in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia World Congress Center
- All volunteers must register at https://www.momocon.com/volunteers AND fill out the department intake form(s).
- Volunteer signups will run through May 5th.
Pre-registration for games is available via Warhorn, and on-site registration will also be available. - Learn-to-Play / Intro style games should be approximately 60 minutes in length and will run in a 2-hour timeslot. Pregens are HIGHLY encouraged.
- Please join our brand new department Discord server to get communications, chat, and keep connected from year to year.

THE NITTY-GRITTY DETAILS
- 16 hours are required in order to qualify for a free badge (this is just 1 four-hour game per day!)
- Volunteers also get a t-shirt, access to the volunteer lounge, and an invitation to the volunteer afterparty on Sunday night.
- A limited number of hotel room shares are available for volunteers that contribute 24 hours or more. Please contact me directly if you are interested in this.
- Event submissions will remain open through early May, but slots for independent gaming are on a first-come, first-served basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- HQ volunteers do not need to have any experience but must be good with people. No previous knowledge of role-playing games is required.
- Game Masters must be familiar with the game system they are signing up to run.
- D&D Adventurers League, Pathfinder Society, and Starfinder Society DMs and GMs will have the adventures provided to them.
- D&D Adventurers League DMs will be scheduled by Ginny based on the availability that you provide in the intake form.
